Dennis G. Riggs is a CPA/attorney with over 30 years of legal experience. He holds Masters degrees from the University of Washington in both finance and professional accounting. He has taught both graduate and undergraduate business tax classes as well as serving as a continuing education speaker for both the WSCPA and the WSBA. Dennis brings a multi-disciplinary synergy to his practice of business and estate planning.
Cindy Jacobs is a nurse-attorney with more than 30 years of combined legal and health care experience. Her practice focuses on health law/regulatory areas, most specifically telemedicine and other health care technologies; FDA issues related to drugs, devices, and biologics; HIPAA and related privacy and security issues; health care contracting; professional liability, risk and quality management; scope of practice; and informed consent and other health care decision-making issues. She has taught FDA law and telemedicine/health care technology law classes at UW School of Law for several years. Cindy obtained her BSN summa cum laude from Marymount University, her advanced practice neonatal RN certificate from Georgetown University, and her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she earned Order of the Coif membership.
